Featured in The Inside Press: When Experience Meets Innovation

I’m glad to share a byline piece I wrote for The Inside Press, exploring the philosophy behind how I practice.

So often, patients I meet have done everything right — stayed consistent, put in the effort — and are still frustrated by pain or limited movement that won’t resolve. In my experience, what’s usually missing isn’t effort. It’s precision. That idea is the reason I built my practice the way I did: around care that’s precise, individualized, and grounded in real clinical data rather than a generic protocol.

In the piece, I talk about how I use real-time musculoskeletal ultrasound and EMG/nerve conduction testing to see what’s actually happening in the body — often while a patient is moving or reproducing their symptoms — rather than guessing at which structure is involved. That clarity is what lets treatment be targeted and efficient instead of open-ended.

I also share why the one-on-one, boutique model matters to me: it gives me the time to make every session both therapeutic and educational, so patients understand the reasoning behind their care and stay engaged in their own recovery.
