Simple exercise you can do at Your Desk to improve posture
1. Sit tall with feet flat on the floor. Ensure your back is straight and shoulders are relaxed.
2. Interlace your fingers and reach behind your neck without bending the neck forward. Elbows should be pointing forward.
3. Bend forward from hip to stay locked in that position, then gently point the elbows towards the ceiling. You should feel the movement in your upper back. Repeat as needed to relieve tension and improve posture.
